It's a tradition at the Intuit Lab School. Each year, our students participate in an atypical day between introspection and egg throwing ...

To get the year off to a good start, Bachelor students spend a day devoted to soft skills development. During this event, they are invited to spend a moment of sharing, fun and reflection among themselves. Getting to know yourself and finding meaning in what you do is the key to self-fulfillment.

In this process, everyone begins with an introspective meditation to know their why and learn to make it their own. Two by two, our students share and specify their WHY, who go give meaning to their projects. Around a brainstorming, they then wonder about the question: How to be an actor of my WHY and make it live in the school? On a collective wall, intriguing little sheets of paper are pasted with written on them the important values that everyone wishes to have during their schooling. Individually, our students write a letter to themselves where they write what is important to them. When they recover at Christmas, they will be able to see if there has been an evolution.

In a lighter atmosphere in the afternoon, our students use their imagination by participating in the egg drop challenge. From the top of several meters, a happy throwing of eggs takes place ... with astonishing parachutes: balloons, masks, fabrics, cardboard, all means are good to try not to crack the shell. Success or bitter failure, what to remember is not so much the result of the landing but the teamwork!
