A great collective project

For one week, our students in the 1st preparatory year followed a “Lab” Typography workshop. Discover their work in photos.

Before their Christmas holidays, our students in the 1st preparatory year and third year of Bachelor spent a week dedicated to creativity with our Creative Lab. Andnadvised by excellent professional artists, our students have experienced game art, Motion, video art direction and the typography. For this last workshop, the 1st year students had a great challenge to take up: that of permanently dressing one of the walls of the Intuit Lab School in Paris.

During their first days of work, the students drew their hand lettering on paper with a word drawn. The goal ? Make the connection between its meaning and the way it is written. A way of bringing out the power of typography, which according to the way it is used, increases tenfold the meaning of a word or a message.

This phase of research and creation resulted in reproduction with marker lettering of our students on a wall. In a good mood and a musical atmosphere, everyone got involved to bring this collective “all-over” composition to life. A beautiful project that made them happy!

Thank you to our students, our speakers and our teaching teams for having created great projects during this week!
