ARTICLE 1. GENERAL DEFINITION AND PURPOSE OF THESE REGULATIONS

The Apprenticeship Training Center of the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL (hereinafter referred to as CFA) is an educational community, a workplace, and a living environment. This community is founded on the principle of secularism. Respect for individuals and their work is essential so that everyone can successfully complete their training and professional activities. It is everyone's duty to accept differing opinions and differences, and to exercise tolerance by expressing themselves with restraint and avoiding contemptuous, insulting, or hurtful remarks. National and European laws, including those concerning human rights and gender equality, are automatically applied.
- The CFA is located in the premises of the professional training organization FORMATION INTUIT LAB PRO attached to the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL.
- These internal regulations are adopted by the board of directors of the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL
- In addition to the CFA's internal regulations, the learner is subject to the following provisions:
• Articles of the Labor Code,
• Articles from the Education Code,
• Internal regulations of the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL
The operation of the CFA is inspired by the principles and values ​​that govern the public education service according to the Education Code.
- This internal regulation guarantees the rights of people enrolled in training and sets the framework to help respect the duties and obligations of each person.
This regulation applies to any person admitted to a training course within the CFA, regardless of where they are under the responsibility of the CFA (for example during an educational outing, a trip, a course given in a place other than the various sites of the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL), in accordance with article R.6352-1 of the Labour Code.

ARTICLE 2. GENERAL ORGANIZATION

Access to the premises
The premises are accessible only for the purpose of participating in training courses. Outside of these courses, access is prohibited unless expressly authorized. A person enrolled in a training course at the CFA may not bring or facilitate the entry of any person(s) not affiliated with the institution. Each learner is required to move about the CFA premises with caution and discretion.

Equipment and materials
- Equipment (furniture, vending machines, microwave ovens, common areas, etc.) is available to everyone to make life at the CFA more pleasant. Each user is required to maintain the cleanliness of the premises and equipment, in particular by disposing of packaging in the bins provided.

- Everyone is responsible for maintaining the equipment entrusted to them for their training in good condition and for using it only as intended. Using the equipment for other purposes, particularly personal use, is prohibited. Any malfunction or incident must be reported immediately to the training department of the CFA. Users are required to dedicate sufficient time to tidying and cleaning the equipment and premises after use.

Each student must either possess their own personal equipment essential for the smooth running of classes, or borrow the equipment provided by the CFA (Apprenticeship Training Center), according to the contractual terms (uncashed security deposit check + signed loan agreement), within the limits of available equipment. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off and put away before entering class. The CFA cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft. The student is solely responsible for their equipment and personal belongings.

- Any damage to the premises or equipment belonging to the CFA obliges its author or, where applicable, the legal representative of the latter, to repair the damage caused up to the value of the repair or, where applicable, the purchase value of the equipment if it has to be repurchased.

Hygiene, health and safety rules
- Learners must respect the hygiene and safety rules in force in the establishment.
Everyone must take care, according to their training and abilities, of their own health and safety as well as that of other persons affected by their actions or omissions, and comply with instructions, in particular when the nature of the risks justifies it, and with the conditions of use of work equipment, means of protection, dangerous substances and preparations, where applicable.
When training takes place in a company or establishment that already has internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to apprentices are those of the latter regulations.

- Eating in the work areas is permitted only during mealtimes. The workspace must be cleaned and restored to its original condition after use.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises of the CFA and the INTUIT LAB SCHOOL in accordance with decree n°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006. This prohibition extends to the use of electronic cigarettes.

- The sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited within the establishment.
Safety instructions.
Safety instructions, evacuation plans, and fire extinguisher locations are posted in the entrance hall of the building housing the CFA, at 10 rue Félix Faure – 75015 Paris. Evacuations are carried out calmly and in an orderly manner. Drills are regularly conducted. Unnecessarily triggering an alarm system can endanger the entire population and is a punishable offense that may result in disciplinary action.

- Any accident occurring during training must be reported immediately to the CFA's teaching department. In case of injury, an accident report will be filed.

ARTICLE 3. STATUS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE APPRENTICE

Obligation of diligence and punctuality
- Attendance at training sessions is mandatory. Being on time is a legal obligation and must adhere to the schedule. Any lateness may result in being refused entry to the class, at the discretion of the instructors and other staff.

All absences must be justified to the CFA's administrative manager. Daily attendance records are kept to track attendance and any absences. Only justified absences are taken into account by the CFA. Supporting documents must be provided as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after the absence. Any absence for which supporting documentation has not been submitted to the administrative manager within 48 hours of the first day of absence will be considered an unjustified absence.

Personal informations Any change in the learner's personal situation, with regard to the information provided at the time of registration, must be brought to the attention of the CFA teaching team for updating of administrative files.

Dress and behavior
- Every learner entering the CFA premises must wear decent attire.

- Each learner must respect the integrity of persons and property and refrain from any act that could disturb public order or disrupt the proper functioning of the establishment.

- In the event of a failure to comply with the obligations arising from applicable legislative and regulatory texts, the establishment shall implement the appropriate administrative, disciplinary and/or judicial procedures, as appropriate.

IT charter
It is forbidden to produce, use or distribute any image of people, premises or equipment having a link with the establishment unless it falls within the scope of the activities of the CFA and unless it is expressly authorized by the management of the CFA.
Any breach of this rule could result in disciplinary action.

Image rights
- As part of the CFA's educational activities, events, or communications, images and videos may be recorded. This content, as well as projects created during the training session, may be used for educational, promotional, or institutional purposes, particularly on internal and external communication materials (website, social media, brochures, etc.).

- The CFA expressly prohibits itself from using the photographs or videos in a way that could infringe on privacy or reputation, nor from using the photographs or videos of this document in any pornographic, racist, xenophobic or any other prejudicial use.

- This consent is revocable at any time upon written request.

No image or video may be used for commercial purposes or outside the defined scope without additional written authorization. Respect for individual rights remains a priority, and any abuse will be penalized in accordance with these regulations.

Intellectual property rights
Name and logo of the Institution:
Except for work carried out as part of the training, it is forbidden to use or reproduce in any way and on any medium the name and/or logo of the CFA (Formation Intuit Lab Pro) without having obtained express and prior authorization.
The request is addressed in advance.
The request is addressed to the administrative manager of the CFA.

ARTICLE 4. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

Absences and funding
As part of an apprenticeship program for which the host company has requested funding from a third-party organization, the apprentice agrees to attend and sign in online regularly so that the training center (CFA) can process the invoices with the funding organization (OPCO). Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the training center (CFA) claiming from the apprentice the amount not covered by the funding organization due to unjustified absences.

Disciplinary proceedings
Any failure to comply with the internal regulations and, in general, anything that harms the smooth running and good spirit of the CFA and the company may trigger disciplinary proceedings.

Fraud and plagiarism
Proven fraud or plagiarism during an examination results in the invalidation of the examination and the implementation of disciplinary proceedings against the learner.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or his successors in title is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever. Article L 122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 5. INSURANCE AND SOCIAL COVERAGE

Civil liability insurance
Upon entering training, the learner must provide proof of civil liability insurance.
This may be requested by the department in charge.

ARTICLE 6. LIABILITY

Election of mediators
- In each training group (class), registered learners elect their mediators within three months of starting training.

- The mediators represent all the learners in their group. Their role is to pass on any suggestions to improve the process.

In carrying out their duties, the mediators may gather students and solicit their opinion in order to refer it to the administration and management of the CFA.

- The mediators are elected for a term until the end of the academic year. This term ends when they cease to participate in the training.

- The election of mediators takes place by single-member, two-round, secret ballot, after a call for applications has been made on the day of the vote.

- In principle, every application must include the name of a primary mediator and an alternate mediator. If no alternate mediator is nominated to complete a pair, the application of a single primary mediator is nevertheless admissible.

- If no applications are received within the allotted time, the mediators will be selected by the teaching team.
The electoral operations take place under the responsibility of the teacher or a member of the CFA present in the group at the time of the vote.
