The Intuit Lab School and Intuit Lab Pro Training have a disability referent.

Its role is to ensure that people with disabilities can access training under the best possible conditions, as well as to coordinate the planned arrangements.

People benefiting from an RQTH (Disabled Worker Quality Recognition) can also receive aid from AGEFIPH (Management Association of the Fund for the Integration of Disabled People, private sector) in terms of:

- disability compensation (equipment, human aids, etc.)
- bonus to the employer of learners.
