Studying at a design school in Paris

Studying at a design school in Paris means learning in the city that is home to major French communication agencies like Publicis, Havas, BETC, Marcel, DDB, Carré Noir, and Landor, as well as the art directors of luxury and major cultural brands. Museums, galleries, trade shows, and specialized bookstores enrich students' visual culture on a daily basis.
Joining our Parisian school also means gaining access to a pool of jobs unmatched in France: nearly 80% of the job postings in art direction, UX/UI, and motion design published each year are concentrated in the Île-de-France region. Students on work-study programs find contracts in the immediate vicinity of the school, and our graduates join leading companies in the industry within six months of graduation.

The Paris campus

Our design school in Paris

Workshops, classrooms, coworking spaces, and a specialized library remain freely accessible to students outside of class hours. The area is served by metro lines 8 and 10. The campus's unique character lies in its teaching approach: 30 students per major, individual mentoring, and workshops based on real-world briefs commissioned by partner brands. FAQ

F.A.Q

Is Intuit Lab School on Parcoursup?

No. Admission is handled directly by the school, based on application and interview, independently of Parcoursup. You can apply year-round, starting in your final year of high school, without waiting for your baccalaureate results. This independent process allows the school to select students based on motivation, creative project, and potential, not just grades.

Is a portfolio required to enter the first year of the Bachelor's program?

No, not for entry into the preparatory year or the first year of the Bachelor's program. A portfolio is not required for admission. The preparatory year is designed to develop a creative style, teach the fundamentals, and prepare the portfolio for the rest of the program. For transfers into the third year of the Bachelor's program, a portfolio of personal work is required.

How much does training at Intuit Lab Paris cost?

Bachelor's tuition fees start at €9,500 per year, varying according to the entry level. The Master's program is a work-study program: the company covers 100% of the costs and pays the student a monthly salary. Several financing options are available: student loans at preferential rates through our partner banks, merit-based scholarships, and monthly installment payments.

What level of education is required for entry?

Admission to the preparatory year or the first year of the Bachelor's program requires a high school diploma (general or technological). Transfer options to the second or third year of the Bachelor's program are available to those with one or two years of post-secondary education, depending on the chosen track. Admission to the first year of the Master's program requires three years of post-secondary education in design or a related field, and is subject to individual review of the application.

Is the diploma recognized by the state?

Yes. The Master's program awards the title of "Art Director in Brand Strategy and Design," a state-certified level 7 qualification (equivalent to a Master's degree) registered with the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP, entry 40164). The school also holds Qualiopi certification for its training programs and apprenticeship training programs.

Is it possible to complete the entire course through a work-study program?

The work-study program is implemented over both years of the Master's program (Master 1 and Master 2). During these two years, students alternate between three weeks in a company and one week at the school. Prior to the Master's program, the Bachelor's curriculum includes mandatory internships each year, but students remain full-time at the school to allow for the acquisition of fundamental technical and creative skills.

What are the real career opportunities after school?

95% of graduates are employed within six months of graduation. Positions held range from graphic designer to art director, including UX/UI designer, motion designer, and interior designer. Companies that regularly recruit our students include Publicis, Havas, BETC, Marcel, DDB, Landor, Dragon Rouge, L'Oréal, Sony, Canal+, Hermès, France TV, and numerous scale-ups and independent studios.

What is the difference with Penninghen, ECV or LISAA?

Intuit Lab stands out for three reasons. First, its international network with nine campuses allows for a truly global learning experience. Second, its strong focus on professional development through systematic work-study placements in the Master's program and a faculty composed entirely of active professionals. Finally, its long history (25 years) and its alumni network of 2,000 graduates working in recruitment. The best way to compare is to attend an open house or request a one-day immersion in the program.

When are the open days in 2026?

The next Open House at the Paris campus will take place on June 20, 2026, at 90 rue de Javel, 75015 Paris. Online registration is recommended to benefit from a personalized interview with a member of the teaching staff and to visit the workshops. Other dates are regularly organized throughout the year—see the Events page for the updated calendar.

What is a one-day immersion in the school like?

The immersion program allows you to spend a full day in class with a current cohort, in your chosen major. You'll attend workshops, interact with students and professors, and observe how the school operates from the inside. Apply online; it's free and open to high school juniors and seniors, as well as students considering a change of major.
